🔄 Size Exchange

• Size exchange is available within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
• Exchange is allowed for the same product in a different size, subject to availability

🚫 Returns & Refunds

• We currently do not offer returns or refunds
• Exceptions apply only if the product received is damaged or incorrect

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• An opening video of the package is required for verification
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
